Thank you for your assistance.
I've also worked out that becasue the Derived Area is also flagged agaist the Asset Class I need to include an additional row for this depreciation area as well. I copied the rows for the "Main Area" to create the rows for the "Derived Area". The rows also have to be sorted by the Item Number so all the depreciation areas for the one asset are together.
