To get the IPS version
Go to CMC--> Help --> About
For Data Services
goto DS management control --> Administrator--> About
Login to Designer --> Help --> About Data Services
You will get the product version someting like 14.0.X.Y
X--> Service pack
Y--> Fix Pack
You can check the same in server control panel as well
