Rum time error: SYSTEM_RUDI_INVALID

SAP appears the ABAP DUMP error 'SYSTEM_RUDI_INVALID' when creating purchase order ,

please check it as following picture, how to fix this issue ?

we import a client again by STMS, is it related with this error ?
