Re: Script button sensitivity ... is there a problem?

Guys - an update on this ... and many thinks to those of you who have already replied ... but just to be clear we are fully patched up - all related software (NWBC, Silverlight & Personas R2) are at the latest patch levels BUT....

It seems the issue is related to the Screen Resolution of the display.

Our client is using massive wide screen LG display units with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1080 in combination with HP computers & laptops.

At first when they go in there is no apparent issue, all buttons work, but after a short while (variable activities - no obvious pattern ) the 'GUI Windows Dimension Error' will appear.

When that error has kicked in, some of the buttons become un-reactive, i.e. they appear to work (screen goes grey momentarily) but then it comes back and nothing has happened.

I cannot recreate this issue when using a dell laptop at 1366 x 768 or when hooked up to a larger display unit with a resolution of 1680 x1050.

I would really appreciate some comments on this, maybe from the dev team - Chinthan?

I know if I raise a call with OSS they will want replication instructions which I cannot provide but if someone out there in SAP has a big screen it will be worth experimenting with.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Regards.

Patrick.
