Hi Experts,
User is facing issue that the closed dispute cases are not clearing from his 'My Dispute Cases' work list. The status of dispute case is 'Closed' and was closed on in December 2013.
Can anyone please guide me how to go about this issue? Below is the screen shot for your reference.
