Error in my career cockpit in ESS

Hi

Thanks allot for your prompt reply which has helped me to resolve earlier issue. I am facing one more issue in ESS  under

ESS - Job Oppurtunities - My Career Cockpit

While I am able to open career cockpit of some employees, for few other employees I am getting error message

"Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later"

Can you throw some light on what sort of data inconsistancies would have happened and how to resolve these discrepancies.
